Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy for Adihuman
- Return Policy:
At Adihuman, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. We offer a 3-day return policy for non-customized products only allowing you to request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Eligibility for Return of Non-Customized Products:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We advise that you take a video of the package and the opening of the package at the time of delivery so that we know that products aren't damaged during transit.
- How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return process, please contact us at contact@adihuman.com. Once we have confirmed the eligibility of your return, you should send the item to the following address:

In case of broken goods, there is no need to return. We will either process a refund or ship a fresh product/s.
- Return Shipping:
After the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. - Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you have received the wrong product, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We advise that you take a video of the package and the opening of the package at the time of delivery so that we know that products aren't damaged during transit. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to rectify the situation.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom products or personalized items.
- Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

- Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the fastest way is to initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. An exchange is possible only in case of a non-customized product.
- Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. However, please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Delayed Refunds:
